In JobWright, go to Settings > Payments and click 'Connect Stripe'. You'll be redirected to Stripe to authorize the connection. Already have a Stripe account? Great - just log in. New to Stripe? Create an account in minutes.

When you create an invoice in JobWright, it automatically includes a 'Pay Now' button. Customers can click directly from their email or client portal to pay.

What are the payment processing fees?

JobWright doesn't charge any additional fees for payment processing. You only pay Stripe's standard rates: 2.9% + $0.30 per card transaction. ACH bank transfers are 0.8% (capped at $5). These are the same rates you'd get using Stripe directly.

How long does it take to get paid?

Standard Stripe payouts take 2 business days. You can also enable Instant Payouts to receive funds within minutes for an additional 1% fee. Payout schedules can be customized in your Stripe dashboard.

Can I accept payments in person?

Yes! While JobWright's Stripe integration is optimized for online payments, you can use the Stripe app or a Stripe terminal to accept in-person payments. These will be tracked in your Stripe account alongside JobWright payments.

Is there a minimum payout amount?

Stripe's minimum payout is $1. Smaller amounts are held until the threshold is met. Most businesses receive daily or weekly payouts depending on their volume.

What currencies are supported?

JobWright supports payments in USD. Stripe supports 135+ currencies, but JobWright invoices are currently USD only. Multi-currency support is on our roadmap.

How do refunds work?

You can issue full or partial refunds directly from JobWright or from your Stripe dashboard. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Stripe's processing fee is not returned for refunds.
